Central hosting playoff soccer games Tuesday

The Aberdeen Central boys’ and girls’ soccer squads will both be at home to start the post season.

Central will host a pair of playoff contests on Tuesday at Brownell Activities Complex.

The Golden Eagles will take on Sioux Falls Washington in a boys’ game at 4 p.m., followed by the girls facing Brookings at 6 p.m.

Central enters the playoffs as the seventh seed in the boys’ division and as the third seed in the girls’ division. The quarterfinals of the playoffs will take place Saturday, the semifinals on Tuesday, Oct. 11, and the championships in Tea on Saturday, Oct. 15.
