WATERTOWN – The Dell Rapids Mudcats (Class B) and the Sioux Falls Flying Squirrels (Class A), the defending state champions, lead their respective classes in the first South Dakota amateur baseball poll of the 2023 season.

Alexandria Angels; 9. Flandreau Cardinals; 10. Larchwood (Iowa) Diamonds. Others receiving votes: Dell Rapids PBR, Dimock-Emery Raptors and Lake Norden Lakers.
