Layne Cotton of conference champion Faulkton headlines the list of Lake Region Conference all-conference boys’ basketball selections.

Cotton, a senior, set school records for points in a game and in a career this past season.

Joining him on the first team are senior Joey Johnson of Aberdeen Christian; seniors Trevor Heinz and Jace Konsor of Ipswich; senior Brayden Sumption and Junior Noah Kippley of Leola-Frederick; and seniors Brodey Sauerwein and Hunter Cramer of Warner.

Second team members are sophomore Becker Bosma and junior Konnar Furman of Aberdeen Christian; sophomore Spencer Melius of Faulkton; senior Chet Peterson of Ipswich; junior Rennan Bruns of Langford Area; senior Raynor Sprague of North Central; and seniors Lincoln Woodring and Nathan Melius of Northwestern.

Honorable mention selections include junior Gian DiMaria and senior Gus Kopecky of Faulkton; senior Xavier Kadlec of Ipswich; senior Kalen Godel of Langford Area; junior Gavin Nickelson, and sophomores Ethan Petrich and Milo Sumption of Leola-Frederick; and senior Gavin Lane of Warner.
