The Aberdeen Central girls are in half of the events during the final Class AA track and field leaders of the season.
Ciara Frank is tied for second in the high jump, tied for third in the long jump, and seventh in the 100-meter hurdles. In other field events, Taryn Nieman is third in the discus, Taryn Hermansen is fourth in the shot put, and Madison Hochstetter is tied for fifth in the high jump, and seventh in the triple jump. Hochstetter is also eighth in the 100-meter hurdles.
On the track, Gracie Rife has the seventh best times in the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash, Mya Arampatzis is fifth in the 100-meter hurdles, and the Golden Eagles are third in the 800-meter relay and sixth in the 400-meter relay.
David VanVeen leads the Central boys in the final leaders. The senior has the second-best time in the 1,600-meter run and is sixth in the 3,200-meter run.
Jack Bain is tied for seventh in the high jump, while Jack Bertsch and Jett Carlson have the eighth-best throws in the discus and javelin, respectively.
The Golden Eagles have the seventh-best time in the 1,600-meter relay.
