BROOKINGS – Aberdeen’s Olivia Braun came up just short during the South Dakota Golf Association Women’s Match Play Tournament Sunday at the Brookings Country Club.
After defeating Mitchell’s Allison Meyerink in the semifinals earlier in the day, Braun fell to Shakira-Ann Kuys 3 and 1 in the final. Kuys, from South Australia, is a member of the South Dakota State women’s golf squad.
