CHAMBERLAIN – Pierce Baumberger of Miller won the boys’ individual race at the Region 4A Cross Country Meet Thursday.
Cheyenne-Eagle Butte won the boys’ team championship with Platte-Geddes second, and Chamberlain third.
Chamberlain captured the girls’ team crown. Platte-Geddes was runner-up, and Miller was third.
Miller’s Isaiah Gortmaker finished 11th in the boys’ race. Madeline Nye of Miller was second in the girls’ race with teammate Gabby Werdel in seventh. Faith Heil of Mobridge-Pollock finished 12th.
