There are a pair of new second-rated teams in this final Prep Media football polls of the season.

Sioux Falls Lincoln moved up one spot to second in Class 11AA after defeating last week’s second-rated squad Harrisburg last week. Dell Rapids climbed one spot to second in the Class 11A poll after defeating last week’s second-rated team Lennox last week.

Pierre moved up to fourth in Class 11AA and Spearfish slipped to fifth.

Aberdeen Central will take on top-rated Yankton to open the 11AA playoffs on Thursday.

The South Dakota Prep Media football poll for the week of Oct. 28 is listed below, ranking the top-five teams in each class, record, total points and previous ranking. First-place votes received are indicated in parentheses. These are the final polls for the regular season for Class 11AAA-11A.
