HARRISBURG – Hitchcock-Tulare senior Katelyn Schroeder was selected as the Class B Miss Volleyball during a banquet in Harrisburg on Sunday.

Schroeder, who led the Patriots to a fourth-place finish at this year’s State B Tournament last month, is the first Miss Volleyball in school history. She was a first-team all-state selection this past season, and finished her prep career with more than 1,400 kills and more than 1,500 digs. Schroeder will be playing volleyball at Northern State next fall.

Class AA Miss Volleyball is Maggie Meister of Harrisburg who will play at South Dakota State, and Class A Miss Volleyball is Sophi Randall of Dell Rapids who will play at Illinois.
