Aberdeen will be hosting the South Dakota Karting Championships on Friday and Saturday at Brown County Fairgrounds.
The event gets started with registration from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday. Hot laps are set for 2:30 to 3:30, followed by a pit meeting at 3:30, with racing starting at 4.
Saturday’s schedule includes registration from 9 to Noon, hot laps at 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., pit meeting at 1:30 and racing at 2.
The event is free for spectators.
