LANGFORD – Alex Darling scored nine of Langford Area’s 14 points in overtime in a 61-55 non-conference girls’ basketball win over Wilmot on Saturday.
Darling finished with 23 points, including five 3-pointers. Paytyn Marlow added 20 points for the Lions, including seven in the fourth quarter when Langford erased a four-point deficit.
Wilmot’s Addison Heinje led all scorers with 27 points, including a 10-for-10 performance from the charity stripe.
