Ian Lesnar scored a game-high 23 points to lead the Bearcats. Jack Shoemaker added 12 points and 13 rebounds. Blaize Amdahl and Thomas Kuecker each scored eight points, and Gage Wik finished with seven.
Redfield was led by Ruben Alvarez with 16 points.
